Bio

Sarah joined the firm in August 2017, having been a partner for 10 years at a local high street practice. Sarah currently heads the Conveyancing Department. Appointed Director in 2019, Sarah has many years’ experience, having qualified in 2002 and is used to working in a fast-paced environment whilst also utilising her experience and qualifications to seek to resolve problematic property matters.

Sarah’s versatility enables her to apply her skills to engage with clients locally and across the globe, including complicated investments in property for foreign investors, to a persons first home purchase. Sarah’s skills also extend to administration of estates, will writing and lasting powers of attorney.

• Completed complicated purchases of properties for a charity financed by Welsh Government funding and charitable loans enabling some vulnerable people to be successfully housed.
• Successfully utilised the various complicated Nil Rate Band reliefs available to reduce the inheritance tax liability on an estate worth circa £900,000.
