The time scale for taking instructions from you to receipt of payment from the other side will depend on several points including whether parties involved are businesses or individuals, recoverability and whether it is necessary to issue a claim. If enforcement action is needed, the matter will take longer to resolve. We will provide you with an estimated time scale at the outset of your instructions.
