Bio

Nia joined the firm in September 2019 and went on to qualify as a Solicitor with us in February 2022. She has over five years of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new-build matters. Her solid technical knowledge and calm, organised approach allow her to manage transactions efficiently while anticipating and addressing potential issues before they arise.

Nia particularly enjoys the human aspect of her work and is known for her warm, approachable manner. She prides herself on delivering a top-class service to every client, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and reassured throughout the conveyancing process.
