Jessica Mahoney

Bio

Jessica joined the firm in April 2022 as an Associate Solicitor. Since qualifying in March 2019, she has developed significant and wide-ranging expertise in residential conveyancing, handling everything from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to more complex matters involving new-build properties, Help to Buy schemes, and shared equity arrangements. Her strong technical knowledge, coupled with her ability to navigate intricate transactions, has established her as a highly skilled practitioner within the property field.

Beyond her legal expertise, Jessica is deeply committed to exceptional client care. She is known for her approachable manner, clear communication style, and her focus on guiding clients through the conveyancing process with confidence and reassurance. Jessica takes pride in building lasting relationships and ensuring that each client feels supported and fully informed at every stage of their transaction.

In recognition of her dedication, leadership, and professional excellence, Jessica was appointed Equity Director in November 2025.
