Bio
Allison joined Gomer Williams in March 2023 having trained and progressed to become a Partner and then a Consultant in a large South Wales firm where she worked for 26 years. She deals with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and has particular interest and specialism in relation to more complex Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts (both Lifetime Trusts and Will Trusts).

She has a real passion for this area of work and enjoys helping clients to organise their affairs to bring peace of mind for them and security for their family for the future. She is keen to provide clear help and guidance to the most vulnerable in society and has been a panel Solicitor for Mencap for a number of years with considerable experience of helping parents and families to best provide for their loved ones with a learning disability. She also has experience acting for clients with early stage dementia and has undertaken Dementia training to enable her to provide the best possible help for them and their families at what can be a very difficult and troubling time.

Allison has taught Law (GCSE) at college and Trust Law at University level alongside her private practice work.
