Abbie Davies

Bio

Abbie joined Gomer Williams in August 2022, initially as a Paralegal in the Wills and Probate department, following a successful period of work experience with the firm. After graduating from Swansea University with a First-Class Honours degree in Law, Abbie went on to complete both the Legal Practice Course and a Master’s in Advanced Drafting and Legal Practice, achieving a Distinction in each.

Abbie has since progressed within the firm and is now a Solicitor in our Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. Abbie is passionate about legal aid and is committed to providing clear, practical advice and a high standard of client care—ensuring clients feel listened to, supported, and fully informed, particularly when they are facing stressful and uncertain circumstances.

Abbie advises and represents clients across a broad range of disputes, including property matters and landlord and tenant disputes in England and Wales, ToLATA claims, and commercial litigation such as breach of contract and construction disputes. Abbie is known for thorough preparation, calm and strategic guidance, and a practical focus on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
