This pack includes key info like service charges, ground rent, building maintenance plans, insurance, and any disputes. It helps your solicitor check for hidden costs or issues with the building. If there are big repairs planned or unpaid charges, you’ll want to know before committing. While delays in receiving the pack are common, don’t be alarmed — your solicitor will follow up as needed.

Just remember better to face surprises now than after the keys are in your hand!
