Housing or Debt issue?

We know legal matters involving your home can be highly distressing and worrisome, however, our friendly and experienced team our are on hand to help.

Our dispute resolution team offer housing and debt advice funded by Legal Help and Legal Aid. Our experienced team can assist with the following issues:

1. Evictions;
2. Homelessness;
3. Disrepair;
4. Harassment and unlawful eviction;
5. Possession proceedings by a mortgage lender;
6. Order for Sale of the Home;
7. Challenging a creditor’s bankruptcy application where you own your own home.

To qualify for Legal Help and Legal Aid you will need to meet the following criteria:

1. Be in receipt of a passporting benefit such as:

• Income support;
• Income-Based Job Seeker’s Allowance;
• Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance;
• Guarantee Credit;
• Universal Credit.

OR

 

2. Have an income of less than £2,657.00 per month and disposable income of less than £733.00 per month.
